Today's experiment is of the "making antiperspirant" kind. Summer is rapidly approaching here in North Texas . . . and with that brings non-stop dripping while I teach. (Yes, I realize this is a lovely image.) Last summer I tried the all-natural deodorants. While I stank a little less, I still was sweaty and drippy and gross. What's a girl to do? It's so very hard being the cutest teacher in the world when you feel wetter than a rain forest.
Well, I stumbled across a Facebook conversation where someone mentioned making her own antiperspirant. Bingo! I got the recipe. Ran to the store to get the supplies. And now my concoction is steeping. Ahhhh! I'm so excited!
Viva la experiments! Here's to being the driest, cutest teacher in the world this summer!
