Sudoku

I'm slightly addicted to Sudoku. I guess there are worse things . . .

Anyway, I found the New York Post Sudoku series. I passed right over bronze (easy) and silver (medium). I waivered between gold (difficult) and platinum (fiendish). But only for a minute. Who doesn't want a good challenge every now and then? Who doesn't want to say they've beaten the fiendish level?

Ten puzzles into the 150 that are in the book, I find that I have to solve the puzzles over several days. No more sitting down and in less than the time it takes Rachael Ray to finish one of her meals, I'm done. I suppose this is teaching me patience. Maybe even a zen-like contemplative daily exercise.

Some days, I think it's just adding to the gray hair!
