Dear Ms. Doe:
I am wondering why for the past week or so the PBS shows are being broadcast in either Spanish or with a running dialogue for the visually impaired?? Very frustrating!!

Thank you for contacting KERA. KERA is not broadcasting in Spanish or providing close captioning; these would both have to be accessed through your remote. Please check your television manual on how to turn off.
